DIRECTING
The creative vision behind the show, it all starts with the Director. We work with directors of all nationalities and ages, and also welcome original works. Contact us if you have an idea for a show you'd like to direct.
PRODUCING
A theatre Producer oversees all aspects of a production. They work very closely with the director and are in charge of booking the venue, rehearsal rooms, finding the crew and promoting the show. Have you ever thought about producing a show?
ACTING
Always wanted to be on stage? The ITG stages 2-3 productions a year and regularly holds auditions for upcoming shows. We are looking for talent of all nationalities and ages. Subscribe to our newsletter to keep informed.
STAGE MANAGEMENT & CREW
The unsung heroes of the theatre world, the backstage crew, headed by the stage manager, are central to the smooth running of a show. Joining the crew is a great way to meet people and get a feel for what theatre is all about.
SET DESIGN
At the ITG we typically build our own sets at our Warehouse workshop, each one perfectly crafted to the needs of the show. If set design is your thing, or you'd like to give it a try, why not get in touch?
LIGHT & SOUND
Light and sound are what really brings a show to life on stage. Do you have experience with lighting or sound, or is it something you've always been interested in trying? Then get involved in our next production!
COSTUMES & PROPS
A crucial element to any show, costume and props add real authenticity to a show and can transport the audience to another time and place. Join us to share your knowledge or learn the ropes.
HAIR & MAKEUP
Are you a whizz at hair and makeup and would like to put your skills to use on stage? Help make the cast look the part and join in the fun backstage on our next show.
COMMUNICATIONS & GRAPHIC DESIGN
Every show needs an audience and we rely on communications and graphic design talents to promote our shows and our organisation. Are you a digital guru looking for a project? We'd love to hear from you!
FRONT OF HOUSE
Selling tickets, welcoming the audience, running the theatre bar...all essential elements to making sure everyone has a wonderful experience at our shows. A great way to meet people, we're always looking for volunteers during the show run.
